Korla fragrant pear is broad favourable comment having accepted the overwhelming support from consumers as to the sweet and the excellent quality. A cuticle on the Korla fragrant pear peel has the ability to prevent the loss of moisture and protect the appearance of Korla pear from significant alterations resulted during the process of picking, transportation, storage and marketing. Meanwhile the cuticle has the capacity to delay the fruit senescence and kept the commercial value. Research the effect of dewaxing treatment on the biological activity of Korla fragrant pear. To identify the common disease that is black rot pathogen through the morphological testing in Korla fragrant pear and subsequently the inoculation method of damage black rot pathogen will be used to; to investigate the the impact of cuticle on the growth of black spot on Korla pear under in vivo and in vitro conditions; to study the effect of the peel dewaxing on the the relevant enzyme activity of disease resistance of Korla pear; to elaborate the biological function of wax layer after Korla pears are beingharvested. The main research results are as follows:1.the harvested Korla fragrant pear dealt with the dewaxing treatment through the chloroform were compared with the Korla fragrant pear with no-dewaxing as the control in the condition of(-1.5~0°C,RH 90%~95%) to study the the effect of peel dewaxing on the biological function of Korla pear. The result revealed that the weight loss rate was substantially increased in Korla pears with dewaxing treatment than than no-dewaxing. In the other aspects the appearance of the breath and ethylene peak in advance 25 d, an accelerated leakage rate of the cell, an accumulation of Malonaldehyde in the cell, a faster aging process were found in the dewaxed Korla fragrant pear and and While the wax content of Korla fragrant pear with no-dewaxing was increased with the time of storage.2.The morbidity of black spot was sharply increased and the growth oflesion expanded quickly when the fruit wasdamaged and inoculated through dewaxing inside the Kolar fragrant pear. The wax layer of peel effectively controlled the growth of lesion which led to a reduction in the morbidity of black spot on Korla fragrant pear. Tenuis Nees inside the separation of Kolar pear, but there was no effect on the pH value. Meanwhile the waxy extract was found to be able to control the germination of conidia. In addition the increase of additive amount in waxy extract had a reverse relationship with the growing amount of mycelia in the PDA medium. Therefore, the waxy extract can inhibit the growth of mycelia.3.The Kolar fragrant pears were stored in(-1.5~0°C) after the damaged of inoculation through the dewaxing treatment. Thechanges of the relevant enzymatic activity in the disease-resistant Kolar pear after peel dewaxing was used to study the the aspect of disease-resistant of Kolar pear. Furthermore the relevant enzymatic activity in the disease-resistant of Kolar pear washigher than that of no-dewaxing, particularlyin the phenylalnine ammonialyase, Chitinase, ?-1,3-glucanasen, Peroxidase and so on. Thus it will help the Koalr pear to maintain a relatively normal metabolism under the condition of no-wax layer.
