Water sealed underground oil storage caverns is the use of natural conditions of the artificial groundwater storage cavern excavation, is the oil container and stored in the rock mass surrounding tunnel fracture water which composed of. Water sealed underground oil storage caverns engineering involves many uncertainties, the construction and operation phases will have enormous technical risk. The risk of accidents or disasters caused great economic loss to the country, bring serious adverse effects to the society. From the social security and the demands of economic development, risk management situation of large underground engineering project at present is still grim.In this thesis, combined with a water sealed oil storage caverns risk management to study the underground water seal oil cavern risk management problems. Risk management in accordance with the general process of the project from project planning, design, construction and operation stages as a whole, with the risk management philosophy and perspective, it conducted a systematic analysis, proposed various stages of risk assessment and risk management theory and methods.This paper puts forward the risk classification of water sealed underground oil storage caverns include:planning stage risk, design stage risk, construction risk, operation risk; combination of one water sealed underground oil storage caverns of the situations described in risk factors exist in urban underground engineering construction, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the angle of risk types at different stages, easy targeted, research focus. The construction period of operation risk is more critical, not by analysis on the stage, but also help us to timely prevention of risk factor many and exclusion.This paper according to the risk factors existing in the construction of underground cavern, in order to ascertain the disaster, risk pathway and disasters, the logical relationship between risk, was introduced into the fault tree analysis model, establishes the fault tree to seal oil depot operation period of destruction and water model.This paper presents the corresponding specific risk control measures according to the fault tree to establish the seal oil depot operation period of destruction and water model.
