With the development of science and economy, the improvement of people’s livingstandard continuously, more and more chemical products are used by us in the life and work.Because of the dangerous characteristic of the chemical products itself, it will easily causemajor accidents such as fire, explosion, gas leakage during the production and use. Therefore, there have been many scholars inland and aboard discussing the risk assessment of thechemical related industry. With more and more chemical products being applied by people intheir life and production, there have been more and more situations about multidimensionalrisk distribution in three-dimensional space. There have been many researches about the riskassessment of single-risk problem inland, but it can not satisfy the requirements of riskassessment on increasing three dimensional spaces in the field of chemical industry. Therefore,it is an inevitable trend about the discussion of the problem on the multidimensional riskoverlap.Firstly, some concepts of field theory are used in the paper in order to establish athree-dimensional field and prove it overlap. Secondly, risks of the chemical production areanalyzed and accident diagram model is established based on commonly used chemicalaccident models. Again, the probabilities of different types of accidents are solved by themethod of fault tree. Based on the above accident model and reference theories of risk-field, amulti-risk overlap model is established. Finally, equal-risk surfaces are depicted by matlab, sothat we can intuitively understand distribution of the field of risks.
