The beneficiation technology of wolframite slime has always been an matter of concern.Currently,it is common to use gravity process,but wasting resources of tungsten of our country is very seriously,especially the low level utilization rate of micro grain wolframite?-37um?.Therefore,the current beneficiation technology of wolframite slime should be perfected actively,it means a great deal to improve resource utilization.This article takes the Tieshanglong's wolframite slime and centrifugal separator's concentrate as the object of study,through beneficiation experiments to determine the optimum process.The slime contains much of mud and fine wolframite.The ore-dressing's process is complicated,and use many tables.The single-trough flotating process is complex,using phenyl arsonic acid alone in tungsten floatation after centrifugal separator's process.Theflotating process' s agent system is not clear and adding the dosage,so increasing the cost.This paper is aim at the unreasonable technological process,study on the recycling tungsten on the sample.For the grade of the WO3 0.62% wolframite slime,this paper studies the flowsheet of'desulfurization flotation-gravity separation' based on using Hang and Vibrate of Cone Concentrator,the gravity separation contain one roughing-one cleaning flowsheet through using Hang and Vibrate of Cone Concentrator,tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of27.65%,recovery of 52.18% were obtained eventually.Multigroup parallel experiments shows that tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 2628%,recovery of 5154% in order to investigate the stability of this flowsheet.Results of the experiments indicate that using Hang and Vibrate of Cone Concentrator is feasible for recovery of fine grain tungsten and the technological process is simple,separation indexes is fine,also it can provide certain reference for the same type mining enterprises.For sake of applying to practical production suitably,using combined collector phenyl arsonic acid:GYB in percentage of 5:1 on centrifugal separator concentrate with WO3 grade of 8.25%,use'one roughing,three cleaning,two scavenging' in closed-circuit flotation test process,tungsten concentrate WO3 grade of 60.85%,operation recovery of 52.18% equivalent to total tungsten WO3 recovery of 61.80% approximately.This flotation process comparied with the scene of the process,simplify the process of tungsten recovery,tungsten flotation were improved,save nearly 35% reagent cost,and reduce of arsonic acid remit the pressure on environmental protection.Importing the Bagnold's shearing theory in Hang and Vibrate of Cone Concentrator separation theory,Demonstrating that the pulp flow membrane flow pattern on sorting cone conform to laminar flow characteristics.Dispersion pressure of suspended loose which particle in pulp contains:pulp flow shear dispersion pressure produced by itself,additional shear dispersion pressure equipment movement,the latter plays a leading role.The particle based on suspended loose,layered by density and particle size,making the light and heavy mineral separated.
