Based on the raw materials of methyl paraben?methyl nicotinate?methyl cinnamate,through the hydroxylamine method synthesized three kinds of new type collector:Nipagin hydroxamic acid?NEHA?,nicotinyl hydroximic acid?NHA?and cinnamon hydroximic acid?CIHA?,Examines hydroximic acid the collecting performance of wolframite?scheelite,fluorite,calcite,quartz,and set CIHA as collector to test the flotation separation among fluorite and calcite,quartz,the paper explores the mechanism of the hydroxamic acid and the tungsten ore through measuring mechanism:the tungsten content determination of infrared spectrum,tungsten surface Zeta potential,tungsten surface adsorption quantity,.The main research results showed as follows:The results of single mineral flotation test showed that CIHA,NHA and NEHA were effective collectors for tungsten minerals,with relatively weak collecting ability for fluorite and calcite,and almost no collecting ability for quartz.The optimal pH of flotation experiment was about 78.CIHA for wolframite collecting ability is better than that of white tungsten,collecting ability of NHA,NEHA,BHA for scheelite is better than that of wolframite,collecting strength order of four types of collector for tungsten is:CIHA>BHA>NHA>NEHA,different foaming agents have an effect on the recovery of tungsten.When 2#oil is used as a foaming agent,the trapping properties of various collectors are better than those of MIBC,humic acid sodium is suitable inhibitors,when the dosage is less than 80mg/L,which has almost no inhibition of two kinds of tungsten ore,obvious inhibition effect on calcium gangue.Testing results of the artificial mixed mineral flotation show that set CIHA as collector,Pb?NO3?2 as the activator,humic acid sodium as inhibitor,MIBC as foaming agent,ore pulp pH=7.43,in binary mixed scheelite-fluorite mine,when scheelite:fluorite=1:1,the feed can get the grade of WO3 61.30%recovery rate of 76.72%through a flotation separation,concentrate,when scheelite:fluorite=1:2,get the grade of WO3 54.99%,the recovery rate of86.73%of tungsten concentrate,when scheelite:Fluorite=1:9,get the grade of WO3 21.23%,recovery rate of 73.07%,concentrate on scheelite-calcite binary mixed ore,when the scheelite:calcite=1:1,the feed won the grade of WO3 60.12%,recovery rate of 94.81%of tungsten concentrate through a flotation separation,when scheelite:calcite=1:2,get the grade of WO3 52.98%,recovery rate of 82.56%of tungsten concentrate,when scheelite:calcite=1:9,WO3 grade 23.18%and recovery rate 93.58%of the concentrate can be obtained.For a gangue pentahydrate mixed ore,when the tungsten ore:gangue=1:1,72.10%grade of WO3 and 77.95%recovery rate of the tungsten concentrate can be obtained.When the tungsten ore:gangue=1:2,49.30%grade of WO3 and85.03%recovery rate of the tungsten concentrate can be obtained.When the tungsten ore:gangue=1:9,18.79%grade of WO3 and72.63%recovery rate of tungsten concentrate are obtained.Therefore,CIHA is the collector,and flotation separation of tungsten ore and gangue can be achieved by changing the amount of sodium humate.Study on the mechanism of tungsten collector indicate that,after treatment of hydroxamic acid,the characteristic peaks of corresponding hydroxamic acid appeared in the infrared spectra of tungsten ore,and the characteristic peaks of tungsten ore itselfhas also changed to different degrees.Therefore,it is believed that the adsorption of CIHA,NHA and NEHA on the surface of tungsten ore is a solid chemical adsorption.Lead ions can make the surface potential of tungsten ore move up,so it is easier to adsorb with hydroxamic acid ions.After the interaction with hydroxamic acid,the surface potential of tungsten ore will move down,and after the interaction with CIHA,the surface potential of tungsten ore will move down the most.According to the results of adsorption detection,the order of adsorption amounts of CIHA,NHA and NEHA on the surface of tungsten ore is:CIHA>NHA>NEHA.it is believed that CIHA is a new type of hydroxamic acid with strong capture performance under certain conditions.
