Safety production is a major event in the relationship between the stable development of the country, the country's property and the life of the workers,.Environmental corrosion and aging of equipment is the eternal subject of the threat to the safety of production. Oil pipeline buried underground, the corrosion problem is perennially, different geological on their effects vary widely, which makes the detection and protection is particularly important. The state of the country pay more attention to the safety of the petroleum, petrochemical and chemical industry. The combination of modern Internet technology and pipeline monitoring technology has become the only way for the development of security. Along with the development of the research on the cathodic protection system, the consensus has been formed at home and abroad. The real effect of the cathodic protection can not be accurately evaluated by the electric potential, only the power of the electric potential can be accurately evaluated.The method of collecting system power down potential existing in our country is that power and power are usually set in advance, and then the special electric potential test is carried out by the professional personnel. This method has many drawbacks in practical application. The main problems lie in the following three points: firstly, it needs a lot of manpower and material resources and time; secondly, the measurement data may be false; thirdly, the data is large, the summary is difficult. Therefore, this method is very difficult to achieve large-scale, regular measurement.In view of the above problems, this paper presents a set of oil pipeline cathodic protection detection system with Chinese characteristics, developed a set of measurement products, including the client, server, mobile terminal and hardware devices, solved the problem of confidentiality and integrity of data, realized the comprehensive monitoring of oil pipeline. The product can reduce the repeated work, improve the staff's working efficiency, avoid the possibility of data forgery, and achieve the unified management of the data. It plays a very important role in the maintenance of the cathodic protection system.In this paper, we focus on the development and implementation of hardware, it include the hardware circuit and software program. In order to make the equipment can be widely used,the hardware includes flow controller, online measuring instrument, manual inspection instrument. Among them, the use of flow controller can solve all the problems of frequent disassembly and modification of test patterns in the test process; the use of on-line measuring instrument solves the problem of data loss due to the harsh environment and difficult to complete the measurement; the use of artificial patrol line reduces the investment of funds. Three kinds of equipment composed the hardware system of the oil pipeline cathodic protection detection system. The system combines the advanced Internet technology, electronic measurement and data acquisition technology, network communication technology and pipeline monitoring technology, it uses GPRS network as a channel for data transmission and it can precisely measure the current and the voltage value of the pipe, reliably receive and analyze server commands and feedback measurement data. Based on the distance between the measuring point and the test pile, the difference between voltage and current measured, it is convenient to evaluate the protective effect of the oil pipeline. The system can not only be used in the monitoring of oil pipeline, but also can be used in the coal industry, environmental protection, water conservancy, transportation, security and other industries, the application is very extensive.In addition, there are a lot of shortcomings in the system, the system of human-computer interaction needs to be improved, standby time has development space, communication protocol can be simplified, the security of the system still needs to be improved. This requires us to continue to study and learn from other programs, and to test then correct the system's shortcomings.
