| This thesis is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,recent advances in synthesis of organoselenium compounds and hydroxylation of arylboronic acids are reviewed.In the second chapter,copper-catalyzed synthesis of 3-arylseleno-1H-indoles.Copper-catalyzed three-component reaction of aryl iodide,indoles and selenium powder for regioselective arylselenation of indoles has been developed.And preliminary mechanistic experiments are investigated.In the third chapter,visible light induced oxidative hydroxylation of arylboronic acids.An economic,efficient and green method for oxidative hydroxylation of arylboronic acid by visible light photoredox catalysis using phthalocyanine zinc has been developed.In the fourth chapter,experimental section including the typical experimental procedures,synthesis of starting materials and structure characterization of corresponding products are described. |
