Titanium dioxide,since it has non-toxic,low cost,good photocatalytic performance characteristics,nano titanium dioxide materials have become one of research hotspots at home and abroad.Nanometer titanium dioxide is difficult to recycle,but cypress wood fiber preparation technology is simple and easy to get.So we regards cypress wood fiber as templates,and prepares cypress wood activated carbon fiber material,cypress,cypress wood fiber activated carbon fiber/TiO2 composite material/TiO2 composite materials.We analyze the SEM,XRD,TG,DSC,FTIR and Ramam and nitrogen isothermal adsorption materials and test their performances.The results show that:?1?The best preparation technology of cypress wood activated carbon fiber is that:dipping in 100 mm TBOT liquor for 24 h,and burning under 950? calcination nitrogen atmosphere,then keep it heat for 1 h.The Carbonized cypress wood activated carbon fiber's BET specific surface area is 631.4 m2 / g,for 1 to 50 nm size distribution in the holes,the big hole is 50-100 um.It has a good adsorption performance,and according to the national standard of methylene blue adsorption capacity is 163 mg/g.From the analysis of TG,the thermal stability of the material is great,the ignition point temperature is about420 ?,and the maximum combustion temperature is about 600 ?,while the burning completely temperature is about 650?.?2?The best preparation process of cypress wood fiber C/TiO2 composites: the concentration of TBOT is 100 mm;the method is surface sol-gel;and 450 ? nitrogen protective calcination,preserving heat for 1 h.The prepared composites are observed from SEM scanning electron microscope,it's retaining the original fiber morphology characteristics,load TiO2 particle size is about 10 nm.Raman and XRD spectrum showed that appeared part of the of cypress wood fiber are graphitized in the high temperature sintering process,load after 450? and it's turned to anatase type after this process.From TG analysis,the material thermal stability is good,the maximum combustion temperature is 447.4 ? in the air.Through the analysis of DSC,material tetrabutyl titanate turns to titanium dioxide in material carbonization process under 271 ?.When generate a lot of the decomposition product of cellulose degradation and release heat of reaction under325 ?,and after titanium dioxide started by the functional shift to anatase type under400.4 ?.We find the surface hydroxyl containing materials through the analysis of FTIR and in measured absorption peak at 580 cm-1also shows that material containing anatasetype titanium dioxide.Material has good photocatalytic performance,when it's light after180 min,10 mg/L methylene blue are degradated the percent of 58.61%.?3?Cypress wood activated carbon fiber/TiO2 composite materials are burned by two steps.The first step is that after 20 m M of TBOT sare dipped,it's calcinated under950 ? and get nitrogen matrix composite materials.The second step is using sol-gel method to get100 mm TBOT burned under 450? by nitrogen and preserve heat for 1h.Through observation of SEM,composite material contains a lot of pore,and the composite material with high porosity of TiO2 particle size of about 20 nm,nano size.By XRD analysis,matrices of composite material from the first step contains a small amount of rutile type titanium dioxide,while the composite material from the second step has titanium dioxide by gel state and it is implemented to anatase type.Through TG analysis,we can see that the material thermal stability is good and the maximum combustion temperature of 528.94 ? in the air;Through FTIR analysis,we can see that material contains surface hydroxyl,and it loads the anatase type titanium dioxide at the same time successfully.Finally,the composite material not only has good adsorption performance,but also has good photocatalytic properties.
