Present Situation Analysis On The Industry Of Vegetables Processing And By-product Comprehensive Utilization In Hebei Province

Vegetables are widely planted in China,as which the area of carrot and tomato have presently reach the largest proportion in vegetable planted area.Thus,vegetable industries become pillar industry in some regions in China,driving the rural economy development and playing an important role in prompting life of peasants.However,due to disadvantageous production technology,improper critical control point operation and low availabilities in by-products,it was reported that raw materials waste,resource over-consumption and environmental pollution severely existed in traditional vegetable industries.Accordingly,there are large ascend space for vegetable industries in raw material utilization,production qualities and styles,and industry chain extension.On the basis of the current development status of the vegetable industries in Hebei province,a comprehensive overview of vegetable plantation,processing and circulation was shown in this paper.Through the SWOT analysis for Hebei vegetable industries,as well as the methods like literature retrieval,statistical analysis and market research,it was discussed for the market demand and consume trends,development direction of re-process of by-products during vegetable processing,advantages and disadvantages in the vegetable industries,pointing a prime development direction for Hebei vegetable industries.It provided theoretical references for Hebei vegetable industries to systematically improve the competence ability and the vegetable grades and to furthermore explore new technologies for vegetables and their by-products.It is pointed that,in Hebei vegetable industries,the key development mainly depends on scientific plan and layout,the strategy of brand guide,standardization production,enterprise as primary subject,technology innovation,excellent economy environment,emphasis of consumer experience,comprehensive utilization of by-production,and perfect quality management.In the circumstances that keep vegetable yield not to decline in the scale in Hebei,a goal is reasonably proposed in this paper aiming at accelerating vegetable large-scale cultivations,commercial vegetable bases,intensive processing production,and professional market construction transformation and upgrading.In summary,the status of the processing of vegetables and their by-products in Hebei province was analyzed,and the future sustainable development direction of Hebei vegetable industries was also elucidated in detail,indicating realistic and long-term significance.
