Phosphorus compounds is a kind of very important compound. They are widely used in chemical industry, agriculture industry, medicine and additive etc.. So, the work has important significance to research and synthesis phosphorus compounds. Because of the unique structure, aryl phosphorus compounds is often used as the pharmaceutical intermediates and the organic ligand of metal-catalyzed reaction. What's more, the research in this area is an important part of the methodology. In the period of my study, I mainly focused on finding a new oxidation route of the trivalent phosphorus compounds to pentavalent phosphorus compounds. The method is that under Xe lamp(300W) at room temperature, the trivalent compounds change to pentavalent compounds. My research includes the following sections,Part?: After extensively reviewed the literatures, we proposed and tried the new method combined with the experience of our group.Part ?: After proposing the detail experimental program, I optimized the experimental conditions. The work includes different amount of catalyst, different wavelengths and solvent effect, after which the optimized reaction conditions were finalized.Part ?: I studied the substrates scope after getting the optimized reaction conditions. Electron, steric effect of the aryl substituent were examined. Also, the relative law was summed up.Part ?: Based on the experimental results, the possible mechanism was discussed.Part ?: I studied the photoinduced C-Si bond cleavage.A new method, the trivalent phosphorus compounds are oxidized to pentavalent phosphorus compounds, was successfully developed, which is green and has high efficient. The method is by irradiation of Xe lamp(300W), without any catalyst and the reaction is more quickly and thoroughly. Also, the yield of this reaction is 100%. Although a lot of oxidize methods have been developed, most of which need different kinds of oxidant. This new protocol provides a greener and high efficient strategy to oxidize the trivalent phosphorus compounds.
