Sudden water pollution incident,the author of this paper and caused abnormality under the monitoring of water quality requirements,developed a novel intelligent levels of automatic identification system for core multi-parameter portable analyzer chroma,realizes the water content of the object under test in the rapid,in situ,quantitative measurement and test the real-time wireless remote transmission of information.Micro controller selection based on ARM architecture Cortex-M3 kernel STM32F107 as the system control core,sensor selects the high resolution digital TCS3200D color light or frequency converter,and add a closed-loop feedback control system.While integration of beidou positioning and GPRS SMS service function and function of the USB OTG master-slave,?C/OS-? on STM32F107 transplantation can reduce the time of the operation of the water meter,water meter in task scheduling has been more reasonable and efficient allocation.The safe and stable reliability test results,provide the market with a new,efficient and cheap water quality analysis instrument.Also can be accessed through the USB OTG large capacity equipment,USB OTG technology in the practical application of color analyzer is under the conditions of no PC USB microcontrollers,speaking,reading and writing content,U disk storage information to water quality monitor can also be detected by water quality monitor water quality information preserved,USB OTG choice from the machine also can realize communication with PC,thus saves sewage monitoring workload and improve the timeliness.And USB technology in ?C/OS-? transplantation on the operating system make the whole process is very clear and fluent,saving high efficient,economic,convenient and has a very practical research value.
