Desulfurization technology for reducing the emissions of SO 2 has an important significance because of the great harm of environmental pollution caused by its emission. The activated coke flue gas desulfurization technology is an advanced flue gas desulfurization technology. This technology has several excellent features, including high desulphurization efficiency, no water consumption, and no waste residue. Desorption tower of dry process desulphurization technology in the moving bed heat transfer efficiency directly affects the stripping efficiency of activated coke desulfurization, which affect the adsorption regeneration process of activated coke desulfurization efficiency, but so far, it is still not comprehensive to the study of different moving bed heat transfer performance. In the light of the dry process desulphurization technology economy has high demands on heat transfer efficiency, so it is necessary to in-depth study.This article is based on SO2 flue gas desulfurization experiment system, involved in the first set of activated coke moving bed heat exchanger design process of the desorption tower, made a detailed experiment system, the equipment, the specific object and scheme, including activated coke in shell side, the tube side of the high temperature air walk. In this paper, the analytic tower heat exchanger is divided into three parts, heating section, transition section and cooling section, heating and cooling for the detailed design and calculation, the heat transfer area and the tube side pressure drop are within the scope of design allows. The high repeatability experimental apparatus are set up through good theory, the actual experiment measurement will make after testing.Based on the analysis of experimental data obtained activated coke overall heat transfer performance and heat transfer law of moving bed, activated coke movement speed, the greater the hot air inlet temperature is higher, the greater the total heat transfer coefficient of moving bed. Experiments will have some error, this paper summarizes and puts forward a method to avoid, and to work out solutions for specific data p rocessing, mainly the use of MATLAB software to data fitting out the corresponding characteristic equation of heat transfer in the experiment, a higher accuracy of the equation in certain conditions, the validity and practicability of the specific experime nts have stronger. In this paper, the efficiency of cis, counter-current arrangement was calculated and analyzed, combined with the design scheme of a new experimental experience, using different to design a new scheme of using activated coke go tube side and shell side of the high temperature air walk, design all adopt the counter-current arrangement, so that the design scheme of two, and get the heat transfer coefficient of the theoretical value and size of equipment design, studied the influence of different device parameters for design at the beginning. In this paper, the moving bed heat exchanger and heat transfer of heat transfer characteristics of the system design study has further developed.
