In the process of producing potash fertilizer, due to the lack of water soluble potassium resources, the lack of understanding and Research on the utilization of non water soluble potassium resources, the development of the potash fertilizer industry in China has experienced a long and tortuous process. Currently, there is still a gap in self-sufficiency, rate of 50%. In the long run, it is still an urgent problem for China to improve the ability of independent guarantee of potash fertilizer and realize its sustainable development. Therefore, for the domestic storage of non water soluble potassium resources, it is of great significance to use the mechanochemical method and via ion exchange reaction to prepare the new mineral potash fertilizer, and to promote the production of potassium fertilizer.According to the characteristics and development trends of milling machine, in order to realize the aim of potassium feldspar extraction by mechanochemical method under normal temperature and low pressure, put forward the method of mechanical milling movement to achieve mechanical force effect, theoretical analysis and experimental study have be done on mechanical milling mechanism. Firstly, in the process of extracting potassium from potash feldspar, studied the effect of mechanical stress on the process of preparing potassium fertilizer, and designed the mechanical testing experiment and collected the experimental data, obtained the appropriate mechanical strength through MATLAB analysis. Secondly, in the process of milling structure, based on milling structure prototype, kinetic analysis was carried out, and established virtual prototyping model, Adams dynamics analysis, explored the relationship between mill structure and milling force. At last, formulated the grinding mill experimental program, developed milling machine, including milling device, temperature control device, sealing device, stirring device, the reactor cavity pressure control and so on, and the entire device were debugging and carried out tests, collected the test data, analysis of the experimental results, demonstrated the mechanical milling research the results.
