At present,the produce of vegetable market waste is large in China,and it mainly concentrate around the market.The degree of mixing with other garbage is very low.Through the collection,it can be reuse. So far,the vegetable market waste has been treated with other garbage.After simple treatment,the mixing waste directly be used as aquaculture feed.The other treatments are very little.Comparing with the previous way of treatment, the anaerobic digestion of vegetable market waste can achieve the recycle,reuse,and reduce.However,this method is a new technology. The operating condion and the remnets deserve to research.Based on the previous study of anaerobic fermentation,this topic focus on the operating conditions of anaerobic digestion and its remnets.After the research,we may explore a new method and realize the"zero release".Through the device designed in the laboratory, the waste has been treated at different proportion(1:2,1:3,1:5),whether the addition of and trace elements (iron,cobalt,nickel),and at different operating temperatures (room temperature,35?,55 ?).After the reserch,the experimental data shows that the pH and VFA are normal when its proportion is 1:3,and it generated the amount of gas being 6844ml.The methane reached 40.6%,and the best of all.Therefore,selecting the inoculation ratio of 1:3 can ensure the normal reaction and product more gas.When the fermentation temperature is 35?,the pH and VFA are normal.Moreover, in the end,the amount of the gas has been 7085ml at 35?, and the amount of the gas is 4603ml at 55?.The amount of the gas in mesophilic fermantation is 53.9% higher than in thermopilic digestiion.The content of methane are 41.8%,56.3%,60.5% in normal temperature,35?,55?.It can be seen that, when the selection of mesophilic fermentation, the content of methane are 7.5% and 44.7% higher than at the normal temperature,55?.So, the utilization of mesophilic fermentation is more conducive to the research;Adding trace elements,the production of the gas and methane content were increased by 23.6% and 8.7%, and 2 days in advance.It can be seen that, in the anaerobic digestion of vegetable market waste,adding the trace elements of iron, cobalt, nickel can increase the production of gas, and improve the production of gas,and improve the quality of gas.The study on the remnets has been divided into two groups, one group uses the remnets to plant cucumber,and the other group only uses chemical fertilizers.After comparative analysis of the two fermentation group,we know:after the use of the remnents a period of time, the soil particle enhanced obviously, porosity and the permeability increased, compared with only using chemical fertilizer.The use of fermentation residue in cucumber,it can reach 5739.2kg per mu,21.24% more than the use of chemical fertilizer.What is more,the cucumber get more thick and strong,and achieve the ability of pest resistance.Therefore,the remnets are high quality organic fertilizer.The anaerobic fermentation processing of vegetable market waste is not simply reduce.lt can get the methane and the fermentation residue is also been used as organic fertilizer.After the process,the vegetable market waste finally realizes recycling. The vegetable market waste translates into resource, and it is no longer a waste.
