Some problems in the agricultural waste treatment, environmental pollution, and agricultural products contamination and quailing unstabiling were described in this paper taking Langfang city as a sample. These problems have caused conflicts between economy development and the local geographical special environments as the nabour region of Beijing and Tianjin. Lots of practices have proved that the family-scale biogas digester is the key point in the rural econological sustainable economy.Field experiments were made to study the site specific function of fermentation digested effluent and sludge in the growth of cucumber and lettuce. It showed that bio-fertilizer could advance the index of lettuce such as the quantity, weigh, height and diameter of each plant and the quality of product. The period of cucumber fruition could be prolonged about 5 to 14 days to used bio-fertilizer longer than the purity fertilizer. It could saved about 40% fertilizer by using 30 tons fermentation digested effluent and 15 tons fermentation digested sludge per hectare without reducing the quantity, the index of vitamin C and soluble sugar were improved and in the same time it reacted on preventing downy mildew. In the end of this paper the integrated benefit of anaerobic technology was analyzed and estimated, it proved that it would heighten the economical benefit of agricultural production and have obvious benefit of environment and society to develop anaerobic technology in Langfang city.
