China's production capacity of iron and steel is excess in recent years, and the economic benefit of iron and steel enterprises are badly shrunked, and tamping coking plants are faced with a huge pressure of reducing coking production cost, and all tamping coking plants carried out tamping coking production of high ratio of weak caking coal to reduce the cost of coal blending coking, but the quality of the coke are sometimes difficult to meet the requirements of metallurgical coke. And the tamping coking of further increase the ratio of weak caking coal encountered with the problem of caking property of blending coal. Based on this kind of situation and according to the principle of coal blending coking, this topic is selected new NNQSZ adhesives as blending glue additives used in the coal blending stamping coking experiment of high proportion of weak caking coal,and the influence of NNQSZ binder and anthracite coal ratio on the quality indicators of stamping coke was discussed.The thermal intensity of stamping coke of adding 0.2% NNQSZ binder obtained under the bulk density of 0.95 t·m-3 and different ratio of anthracite are better than stamping coke without NNQSZ, and the thermal intensity of stamping coke of 0.2% NNQSZ binder and 18% anthracite?namely anthracite to replace 3% of coking coal quantity? is best among, and its PSR is the highest, and its PRI is lowest. And this formula?that is, the formula 3-3-1? is one of best formula of tamping coking under the conditions of the bulk density of 0.95 t·m-3 and adding 0.2% NNQSZ binder.The tamping coking experiment results of 1/3 coking coal ratio displaced by anthracite coal under the conditions of adding 0.2% NNQSZ and bulk density of 1.05 t·m-3, show that, compared with the quality indicators of no added NNQSZ tamping coke with same anthracite ratio and bulk density, and the falling strength, T10, PRI and PSR of added 0.2%NNQSZ tamping coke for every formula of 1/3 coking coal ratio displaced by anthracite coal up to 8%?the ratio of anthracite 23%? were improved significantly, and the cold and hot strengths of obtained tamping coke be better.The analysis data of microstructure and optical texture of tamping crucible coke in bulk density of 1.05 t·m-3 show that, after adding 0.2% NNQSZ, the optical texture OTI indexes and microstructure MSI values were increased obviously, prompt coke strength after reaction to increase and coke reactivity to low.This study showed that, the quality of tamping coke obtained by using of the tamping cokeing of adding 0.2% NNQSZ and 1/3 coking coal ratio displaced by anthracite is good, and the economic effect is obvious, therefore, the industrial test research of adding 0.2% NNQSZ and 1/3 coking coal ratio displaced by anthracite is recommended.
