With the rapid development of steel industry, the quantity of coke in smelting iron and steel is increasing, and the development speed of the coking industry has been improved. With the further development of coking industry, the "three wastes" increases year by year, which leads to serious environmental pollution. In order to achieve the latest coking industry pollutant discharge standard GB16171-2012,"three wastes" must be treated in further by coking plants. This paper mainly studies a process optimization of the Longmen coking plants’waste gas treatment.Coking industrial emissions is mainly in producing coke section and production section. In coke section, four parts management plan were studied, including the coaling stage> pushing coke stage、cooling coke stage and screening coke stage four parts of smoke. Soot sieve focal phase management plan; in the production process of cold gas in the early stage is studied and in addition to the emissions of naphthalene phase and purification solutions. Emission situation and purification scheme of early gas cooling and getting rid of naphthalene are studied in production section.(1) Ground dusting is done individually in the coaling stage and pushing coke stage."Combo" coaling stage and pushing coke stage is also ground dusting. Comparing the two results, the better one is the latter.(2) Preparing the gas film cooling additives, compared the influence of different additives and the effect in adding order of foaming. Found that the best gas film cooling additives and adding order is dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium solution, stable foam agent, plus normal propyl alcohol and acrylic resin mixture.(3) Comparing the effect of the bag dust removal with the impact of water bath type deduster dust removal, concluded that the effect of the impact water bath type dust is superior to the cloth bag dust collector.(4) Combining with the existing technology and advanced technology of the plant, more advantageous gas cold dust removal scheme is put forward in this paper. Heat collector and dust catcher are installed before the bridge pipe and gas collector. So the pipeline is clogged by other section deposition of dust that can be reduced. (5) In this paper, pretreatment of naphthalene in the process of gas purification is proposed. After cold gas in the early stage increases removing naphthalene part. In this paper, measuring the amount of wash oil containing naphthalene is7.98%, with the balance of the amount of gas containing naphthalene is0.17g/m3. While under the condition of wash oil content containing naphthalene7.98%, using aspen plus simulates. Using absorption tower to absorb naphthalene in the gas, concluded that the best absorption conditions are absorption tower plate number30, wash oil flow rate1000kg/h. Finally, export gas containing naphthalene is0.0316g/m3. Naphthalene content is much lower than0.5g/m3.
