Modern iron and steel enterprises always set sintering, coking, blast furnace, converter, seconclary refining, continuous casting, hot rolling and so on in one. In order to know the energy flow's direction and utilize situation about energy of whole enterprise, the related personnel not only need to master the whole enterprise's work flow and energy consumption levels, but also need to set up a scientific energy flow model.By means of this task, we can make it clear about the running state during productive process in West End of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Coporation and Ba Yujuan district, such as the power input, power output, recycle, drag-in and loss, and then form a Network diagram. We can find out the key point of energy saving not only according to analyzation about the rate of energy utilization on Line of production and calculation about energy flow, such as Net energy consumption, loss of energy consumption, the actual energy consumption and interface loss, but also detailed analyzation about loss item during energy flow. Based on the calculation about energy flow, we can aware of the biggest energy consumption and highest loss process. In order to possess the technical leading status. According to the production flow and energy consumption characteristics of each working procedure, the corresponding energy saving direction is proposed. In order to improve the energy efficiency of the steel industry and the ultimate goal of reducing the energy cost.
