With the rapid development of industrialization, the environmental pollution problem caused by fossil fuel combustion is getting more and more serious day by day. The SO2 and nitrogen oxide discharged by the coal-fired power plant is the main cause of air pollution rain, which makes great harm to the ecological environment. Control and reduce the discharge of contaminants, protection of the environment becomes the main issue in development of economy. Reducing the discharge of SO2 and NOx is the basic requirement of sustainable development. An Steel group corporation attach great importance to the issue of environmental pollution. Since this year on, we continue to increase efforts on the production of pollution in the process of comprehensive management. The largest investment and the best effect are in the power plant and sintering industry.The wet desulfurization system, completed and put into use by the end of 2003, which An Steel group second power plant 3# boiler used to have, can't reach the new emission standards for pollutants, need to be upgrade to make it. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of power plant, using the method of combination of the Hybrid ROFA+Rotamix+ the built-in SCR denitration system and SDA rotary spray drying process of desulfurization. The Hybird ROFA+Rotamix desulfurization system mainly includes ROFA fan, integrated nozzle box,baffle and expansion joints. The Rotamix system sprays the dilute urea solution, which is used as reducing agent, into the furnace. The solution reacts with the NOx included by the smoke to make the smoke denitration.Rotamix wind system can make the somke and sprayed urea solution get a better mixing effect and enough residence time to optimize the effect of denitration.SDA is a semi dry desulfurization process, which makes quick lime to hydrated lime solution, then put the hydrated lime solution to the rotary atomizer at the top of the absorption tower. The solution is turned into billions of droplet sized 50?m by the high speed rotation of the atomizing wheel. After the Untreated hot flue gas enters the absorption tower, the droplet of the absorbent will absorb the acid composition (HCL, HF, SO2, SO3) in flue gas, At the same time, the water in the droplet will be vaporized, so it becomes the dry desulfurization products.Few of these products will exclude at the button of the tower, Most of them is collected by the duster, then transported by mechanical or pneumatic way. The clean gas after treatment will be exhausted by the chimney.
