The complexity of the structure caused the steel coil packing machine in the domestic iron and steel enterprises are mostly imported from abroad. At the same time, the theoretical research, materials, design, manufacturing and other aspects of the domestic steel coil packaging machine are exposed, leading to the life and reliability of the steel coil packaging machine is generally lower than that of foreign countries.Therefore, the research on the main parts of the machine head of hot rolled coil packaging machine has high practical value and theoretical value.First of all, this paper uses 3D Modeling Software Solidworks, establishment of hot rolled coil packing machine of main parts of the model(interlocking mechanism,linkage mechanism, a strip driving mechanism, conduction mechanism, etc.), and the for the analysis of structure and function.The Motion Solid Works is used to analyze the velocity and acceleration of the head of the hot rolled coil packing machine head and the driving link mechanism. The inertia characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. The maximum shearing force of the bite mechanism is calculated by the classical theory of theoretical mechanics,which provides reliable data for the load determination of the finite element.In this paper to Solid Works Simulation software as a research tool, with finite element method(FEM) means to study. Research on the simulation of the jaw and connecting rod assembly of the machine head of the hot rolled coil packaging machine, the stress and deformation of the various parts of the jaw and the connecting rod assembly under the maximum load are calculated. Finally, the fatigue strength theory is used to calculate the safety factor and the fatigue life of the pin, and the structure is improved.The work of this paper provides a theoretical help for the digestion and absorption of foreign technology of hot rolled coil packaging machine, which provides a theoretical reference for the design and development of this kind of steel coil packaging machine. |
