This paper mainly introduces the method of acidification oil waste water treatment,acidification oil can produce a lot of waste water containing macromolecular organic matter,COD of wastewater is high,the PH value is less than 2,a strong acid.The wastewater biological sex difference,in the process of wastewater treatment process several times.In this design mainly adopts biochemical-advanced oxidation process for wastewater treatment,first of all to pretreatment and acidic waste water and waste water to deal with the salt in the water.In anaerobic treatment mainly adopts hydrolysis acidification + UASB as a process,aerobic process mainly adopts contact oxidation process,mainly by biological contact oxidation method,in the process of the high volume load,high processing efficiency,cover an area of an area small;High biological activity;High concentrations of microbes;Sludge production is low;Water quality is good and stable;Low power consumption advantages.Because the effluent water quality is higher,separate secondary biochemical treatment is difficult to guarantee the water quality,in order to stable operation of sewage treatment and sewage discharging standard,so in the secondary biochemical treatment after advanced treatment process.The process mainly adopts the aeration biological filter,ozone oxidation and filtration method for processing.Treatment process of sludge contains a variety of parasites,heavy metals,such as toxic and harmful substances,so be on output of sludge disposal.Sludge treatment is mainly on sludge concentration,dehydration and dry.
