In this thesis,we obtained TiO2 by solvthermal method under different conditions to control the microstructure and performance effectively.In the first chapter,we introduced the research status and photocatalysis mechanism of semiconductor materials,and also introduced microstructure and the main problems influencing the development of TiO2,summarized the methods of improving the photocatalytic activity.Finally,put forward the selected topic significance of this topic and the paper's research content.In the second chapter,the ring-like TiO2 with exposed {001} facets were synthesised by one-pot,low-temperature solvothermal process,and examined the impact of the amount of hydrofluoric acid on its morphology and photocatalytic activity in this system.Results show that the ring-like TiO2 with smooth surface can be obtained only by adding certain amount of HF.In the third chapter,we obtained the hierarchical flower-like TiO2 nanostructures by using a one-pot,template-free method that employed ethanol as mild solvent.The morphology and properties were investigated effectively by many instruments.The morphology evolution and formation mechanism of the hierarchicalflower-like precursor were investigated in detail.In the forth chapter,we obtained TiO2 with hexagon structure by solvothermal method.The synthetic route as follows,with glacial acetic acid and isopropyl alcohol as solvent,hydrofluoric acid as the additives,tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source and the titanate compound precursor was prepared firstly,we obtained pure TiO2 with hexagon structure after calcination finally.In the fifth chapter,we synthesized TiO2 with different morphology and introduced their phase structure and morphology in brief.In the sixth chapter,we summarized the work during the period of master,described the next task to explore and the main innovation points.In this paper,we synthesized TiO2 with new structure and good performance by control reaction conditions,it has very important significance to the application development of TiO2.
