Rod-shaped and spherical mesoporous silica materials were successfully synthesized by composite template method under different conditions and composite template.Rod-shaped?RMS1?and spherical?SMS1?mesoporous silica materials were successfully synthesized by using non-ionic surfactant polyvinyl pyrrolidone?PVP,K30?and dioctadecyl ammonium bromide?DODAB?as co-template,and used silica source of tetraethoxysilane with hydrothermal process in different conditions.The characterization of RMS1 and SMS1 were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FT-IR?,small-angle X-ray powder diffraction?SAXRD?,N2 adsorption-desorption,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,and scanning electron microscopy?SEM?.The results indicated that rod-shaped silica with disorder mesoporous was successfully prepared under acidic condition by PVP and DODAB composite templates,and spherical silica was obtained by the solvent of ethanol solution.Rod-shaped?RMS2?and spherical?SMR2?mesoporous silica materials were successfully synthesized by using natural polymer gelatin and triblock copolymer or cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide?CTAB?as dual template.The RMS2 and SMS2 were characterized by SEM,TEM,SAXRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,and FT-IR.The results indicated that the RMS2 were successfully prepared with 2D mesostructure?p6mm?.Gelatin and CTAB were successfully be used with the rusult of SMS2.The RMS1 and SMR1 were employed for the controlled release of water drug aspirin.Phosphate buffer solution?PBS,pH = 7.4?was used for vitro release experiments.The results showed the aspirin molecules had been fixed to the mesoporous support material.It was found that the drug loading amount of rod-shaped mesoporous silica materials was 4.35 mg g–1,higher than spherical silica of 6.84 mg g–1.The RMS1 was better able to effectively delay the release of the drug.The RMS2 and SMR2 were employed for the controlled release of water drug metformin hydrochloride.It was found that the drug loading amount of of fibrous-like mesoporous silica materials and mesoporous SiO2 spherical particles was 7.10 mg g-1,higher than SiO2 spherical particles of 2.20 mg g-1.The release amount was 99.3%,64.2%,respectively.Fluorescent hybrid materials assembled with Rhodamine B?Rh B?on mesoporous materials?Rh B-RMS1,Rh B-SMS1?were prepared.The Rh B-RMS1 and Rh B-SMS1 were characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicated that most of the Rh B was immobilized inside mesoporous silica with high fluorescence intensity.The fluorescence intensity strength of Rh B-SMS1 were higher than Rh B-RMS1.
