Schiff base plans an important role in medicine,catalysis,analytical chemistry and so on.In analytical chemistry is mainly to identify and analysis of metal ions content.Schiff base and metal ions have a strong ability of coordination,contains large? bond,generally have good fluorescence properties.Based on the above reasons,the structure of the synthesis of schiff base compounds of metal ions recognition have great significance in research.According to the existing research and report,synthesized compounds with schiff bases of fluorescent probe.Four kinds of Schiff base fluorescent probes were synthesized with carbazole as the basis of design,and the recognition properties of aluminum ions were studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Four kinds of Schiff base fluorescent probes were synthesized with carbazole as the basis of design.And they were characterized by HNMR,IR,MS-ESI,and and a series of methods.(2)Four fluorescent probes were tested under the 10 kinds of solvent,analyzed by ultraviolet absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectrum.According to the spectrogram analysis,the influence of the probe in polarity of solvent was studied by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission,also the fluorescence quantum yield were calculated.(3)To test the ion selectivity of the four Schiff-base compounds,as well as analysis by UV spectroscopic and fluorescence spectrum,four probes are on the aluminum ion probe compound specific recognition,and recognition by the naked eye.And further study the four probes on the aluminum ion sensitivity and bonding properties.The results showed that the sensitivity of the probe with the aluminum ion is relatively high.It can be recognize aluminum ion at very low detection lirrmits(10-9 moL/L---10 mol/L).Binding mode of four probes and aluminum ions respectivelyas 1:2;1:2;3:2;and 1:1.The use of cell staining experiments confirmed that the probe can be further applied to biology.
