Metal-organic frameworks material, are a new type of porous materials. This material has a high specific surface area, easy to adjust pore structure, easy functionalization, etc. MOFs materials are widely used in the field of catalysis, such as oxidation reaction, reduction reaction, C-C coupling reaction, etc. MOFs showed excellent catalytic performance, because of its abundant active center.The general recovery methods of MOFs catalyst are centrifugal, filtering, while these methods may cause the loss of the catalyst, affectting the microstructure and its catalytic activity. In this paper, the MOFs catalyst loaded on the magnetic core SiO2@Fe3O4. Recycling MOFs by magnetic, not only easy to operate, but also greatly improve the efficiency of recycling.With magnetic core as the carrier, two kinds of load type metal organic frameworks were synthesized in situ synthesis method,That's ZIF-67@SiO2@Fe3O4 and MIL-101?Cr?@SiO2@Fe3O4. In addition, the Pd@MIL-101?Cr?@SiO2@Fe3O4 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. After that, we carried out a series of characterization, such as XRD?FT-IR?SEM?TEM, and so on.In addition, we study Suzuki coupling reaction of 4'-Iodoacetophenone and benzene boric acid by Pd@MIL-101?Cr?@SiO2@Fe3O4 catalyst, and the reaction between 2-Aminoacetophenone and 4-Chlorobenzylamine by ZIF-67@SiO2@Fe3O4 catalyst.The effects of various reaction factors on the Suzuki reaction were studied by Pd@MIL-101?Cr?@SiO2@Fe3O4 catalysts, such as the reaction time, temperature, different types of alkali, solvent, quantity of alkali, the amount of catalyst.After discussion, the most suitable reaction conditions are as follows:reaction time at 100min, reaction temperature at 140 ?, Sodium tert-butoxide as a base, DMF as solvent. At this point, the reaction can achieve a higher conversion rate 97.4%. After run 4 times, conversion rate can reach 93.4%.We investigated various reaction factors on the synthesis quinazoline derivatives by ZIF-67@SiO2@Fe3O4 catalysts, such as the reaction time, temperature, catalyst content, different types of solvents, and the concentration of oxidant-TBHP. After discussion, the most suitable reaction conditions are as follows:Reaction time at 3h, reaction temperature at 80 ?, catalyst dosage at 3%,5equiv TBHP ?compared to 2-Aminoacetophenone?, toluene as solvent, the reaction can reach a higher conversion rate. After run 5 times, conversion rate can reach 87.9%.
