The experiment used PCL2000,4,4-MDI,1,4-BDO, T-9 for raw materials, by using a two-step method, by reacting a polyol molecular weight control,-NCO/-OH molar ratio (R value) and the content of chain extender to make different properties of shape memory polyurethane resin. Through the experimental test of thermal performance, the morphology of resin, the measurement of mechanical properties and shape memory performance, determined the final formula. Basing on the final formula, the Shape memory polyurethane foam was prepared by salt filling method. By testing the property, shape memory performance and filtration performance, the best formula of shape memory polyurethane foam was used for oil engineering. The conclusions are as follows. 1) During the preparation of shape memory resin, the PCL2000 had been chosen, the reaction R value was 1.45 and the content of chain extension agent was 1.09%. In the room temperature, the material'tensile strength was 20.0MPa and the elongation at break was 260%, though in the 90? environment, the tensile strength changed to 8.5MPa and the elongation at break changed to 600%. The dry time was 60 minutes and curing time was 21 hours. It's soft segment glass of transition temperature was -8.46?, the hard segment glass of transition temperature of 166.19?, and the deformation temperature was 47.59?. The folded state shape memory recovery had the rate of 100%, the shape memory recovery rate was 11 degrees per second and the shape memory fixed rate was 96%. What's more, the tensile state shape memory recovery rate was 94% and the shape memory recovery rate 1.6mm·s-1, shape memory fixed rate was 98%.2) During the preparation of shape memory foam, the PCL2000 had been chosen, the reaction R value was 1.45, the content of chain extension agent was 1.09% and the content of salt was 61.74%.In the room temperature, the foam's compressive strength was 3.75MPa which was 4.08MPa in 90?. The shape memory recovery rate was 98.3% with 0.104mm·s-1, shape memory fixed rate was 93.0%. The friction coefficient was 16.545 by 20 mesh sand.3) The oil pipe has good sand blocking filtration performance within two hours of outing sand content less than 100g. What's more, the foam can fully expanded and close to the lateral wall. All of these provided a basic guarantee of the further preparation of shape memory polyurethane foam.
