Polyether ketone ketone (PEKK) is a special engineering plastics with excellent properties, it has excellent high temperature resistance, good dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, stain-resistant properties. And it has a wide application in health care, electronics, aviation aerospace, machinery manufacturing and other fields. In this paper, Electrospinning technique was used to prepare ultrafine PEKK fibers. With the advantages of PEKK's good characteristics and small diameters, high porosity of nanofibers, PEKK nanofibers may have good prospects in water treatment, high-performance catalysts, battery separators, etc. The main contents are as follows:1. In this research, several kinds of domestic raw materials were bought from Shandong Kaisheng New Materials Co., Ltd. DSC, TGA, XRD and other testing methods were used to explore the properties of these localization PEKK materials. According to the preliminary analysis of its thermal properties, degree of crystallinity, processing capacity analysis, some processing conditions of electrostatic spinning were obtained. It also provides some reference information for other molding methods.2. PEKK solution electrospinning experiments were carried out with different parameters to study its electrospinning laws. The main experimental processing parameters concluded voltage, distance, flow rate and concentration. PEKK micro fibers were successfully prepared. The general rule of PEKK solution spinning was obtained at the same time, the strength and relationship of different processing parameters were studied. By appropriately reducing the solution concentration, a low flow rate and voltage will help to get ultrafine PEKK fibers with fewer defects and thin diameters. In the FTIR test of the PEKK fibers, sulfonation reaction was not found between PEKK and concentrated sulfuric acid. The heat resistance results of the PEKK fibers showed that it has a decrease in melting point and glass transition temperature, the thermal decomposition temperature retains the same.3. In order to improve the efficiency of spinning, centrifugal electrospinning experiment was carried out. The centrifugal electrospinning ability of PEKK was studied by a series of experiments and the effects of different processing parameters were studied. The critical voltage for centrifugal electrospinning is 8 KV and the critical speed is 720 r/min. When the voltage is high enough, improving the motor speed is easy to obtain PEKK nanofibers with good shape very efficiently. Three parameters of spinning voltage, motor speed and solution concentration were studied during the centrifugal electrospinning. The analysis results showed that the PEKK fibers become amorphous and the crystalline structure was destroyed. The degree of crystallinity is decreased greatly compared with pure PEKK. The heat resistant results showed a sharp decrease in heat resistance properties compared with raw PEKK materials. In particular, the glass transition temperature decreased significantly, but the thermal decomposition temperature remains substantially constant.
