Among three generic plastic production processes, PVC production has promoted the development of’plastic replacing wood and steel’. With the rapid progress of modern industry, how to save energy and reduce environmental pollution has become a problem. Therefore, recycling of industrial waste water has become extremely important. In this paper, studies are mainly on the treatment process of industrial PVC polymerization centrifugal mother liquor wastewater by suspension method.First, the originaldebug data of biochemical+physicochemical and materialized+membrane processeswere collected,and the problemsin those processes were found out.Combing literature and mature domestic experiences, the treatment process was optimized as biochemical+physicochemical method combined with double membrane.Secondly, after optimizing the PVC centrifugal mother liquid treatment process,effects of HRT on COD and SS through hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation were mainly researched.The results are as follows.The removal efficiency of COD and SS reached 91.6% and 83.2% respectively when the hydrolysis acidification reaction time was 8 hours, and biological contact oxidation reaction time was 12 h,the optimized PVC centrifugal mother liquid treatment process emphasis on the hydrolytic acidification and Biological Exposure Effect of COD content, SS value of the oxidation process in the hydraulic retention time (HRT), the results are as follows:When the pool acid hydrolysis reaction time 8h, biological contact oxidation reaction time at 12h, COD removal rate can reach 91.6%, SS removal rate reached 83.2%.Finally, after controlling the operating conditions,the economic efficiency and environmental influence of the treatment of PVC centrifugal mother liquor by biochemical+physicochemical method combined with double membrane were assessed. The results showed that the annual cost savingwas about 57.3408 million yuan, and the annual conservation of water resource was 792 000 m~3.This can reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste water outside.In addition, the problems in the operation process wereoptimizedto ensure a long-cycle running smoothly.
