As the representative of Nanocrystalline Inorganic Material, the solid immobilized device of CdTe Quantum Dots and gold nanorods is the basic of the application as also the focus of attention. It has a great significance to make the device of the material more mechanized, convenient and also have better qualities.1. We use the Langmuir-Blodgett technology as a quick and normalized preparation method, in order to obtain a solid immobilized device of CdTe QDs. Compared with the LBL method, CdTe QDs/LDH composite films of LB technology show an excellent photoluminescence property, which means more efficient photoluminescence intensity and longer fluorescence lifetime. As a superior device of QDs, it can apply to temperature response, solvent response, metallic ion detection and many other fields. As a method of fabricating film, LB technology should call more attention and apply to more fields, such as the assembling of nanocrystalline material and LDH or other kind of composite films.2. We adjust the aspect ratio of gold nanorods to control the LSPR (Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance) peak. We fabricate the gold NRs/LDH/luminescent molecule composite films, the LSPR peak is used to be the signal of detection. The enhance effect of the electrical field of the LSPR to be considered and the LDH/PSS layers to be the interlayer of the film in order to adjust the distance of gold nanorods and the luminescent molecule. This part concentrates on the influence of the gold nanorods to the luminescent molecules in the solid film.
