The mobile phone is composed of many kinds of parts, so the technique of the wastewater treatment of its industry can represent the level of the technique of the whole electricity industries. The wastewater of mobile phone's industry are composed of much heavy metal ions and some organic matter. The heavy metal ions are mainly copper ion. On the base of the present technique, this article describes some advanced methods for cupric wastewater treatment. The method of preparation of ultraflne copper powder was used in the cupric wastewater treatment after the process was improved and simplified. The mechanism of cupric wastewater treatment by oleic acid-coated electrode was researched. The best temperature and current density for high power efficiency were studied. The water dispersible ultrafine copper powder and the oil ultrafine copper powder were both prepared. A high power efficiency method was found and it can be spread and easily used in practice. The final best condition are 30℃and 100A·m-2. The modified oleic acid was used first as a new liquid sorbent for heavy metal wastewater. The advantages of this new sorbent were researched. The influences of temperature, initial consistence of cupric ions,absorbing time and modifying condition on adsorption efficiency were studied by orthogonal experiment. The final best condition of the experiment was found.The method for recycling of used oleic acid was designed.
