The results of previous studies suggest that the key factors affecting the thermal stability of PVC resin product is good or bad in the polyvinyl chloride resin macromolecular chains that unstable chlorine atom. These labile chlorine atoms are:allyl chlorine atom by a double bond is formed, as well as those located in the tertiary chlorine atom macromolecular chain branching point. But to make polyvinyl chloride resin drop relief, those unstable allyl chloride atoms must only take place under carbonylation allyl evoked. Therefore, in order to improve the thermal stability of PVC resin must effectively control the generation of carbonyl an allyl group.The factors that affect the thermal stability of PVC resin in production, such as raw material purity, oxygen content and electrical conductivity of pure water, the quality of additives (dispersing agent, initiator, termination agent, pH regulator, etc.), the reaction temperature and the conversion rate of the polymerization kettle are studied in this paper. The results show that using the appropriate chain transfer agent, reduce the degree of polymerization, maintain the proper reaction temperature, oxygen system can to some extent improved the thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) a large number of comparative experiments, found the effectively improved by calcium carbide method, the thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride resin production method and process parameters.The experimental results show that the effect of the test and the test before and after the test is verified by Congo red test (2917.1-2002 GB/T). After the improvement, the thermal stability of PVC resin was improved, and the thermal stability time increased from 3min to 7min. For enterprises to create a good economic.
