The remarkable achievements in the field of reducing SO2 emission from the atmosphere we have made, but the increase of NOx emission cancel out it. It is urgent to cut down NOx, SO2 emission for the control of air pollution. Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification is one of the useful way to cut down the quantity of NOx and SO2. The preparation of high efficiency catalyst is a key part in the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technology. Specifically, the following work have been accomplished in order to find the high efficiency catalyst and good reactive conditions in this article.12%NiO/x%?-Al2O3/H?-40, y%NiO/30%?-Al2O3/H?-40,12%M/30%?-Al2O3/H?-40, 12%M/50%TiO2/ZSM-5,12%NiO/z%TiO2/ZSM-5, y%NiO/50%TiO2/ZSM-5 have been made to find the optimal component ratio, active components, loading of active component of the catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by the instruments of X-ray diffractometer, Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer, Brunauer Emmett Teller, and Dynamic Flow Chemisorption Analyzer. The results showed that 12%NiO/30%?-Al2O3/H?-40 catalyst with a baking conditions of 550? and 4 hours had the best behaviors of simultaneous denitrification and desulfurization. The highest removal efficiency of NO and SO2 achieves 98.2% and 95% respectively. The effect of different space velocity, different oxygen concentrations and different reaction temperature on the catalytic reduction activity of 12%NiO/30%?-Al2O3/H?-40 catalyst were measured. The results showed that the 12%NiO/30%?-Al2O3/H?-40 catalyst with a space velocity of 6000 h-1 had the best behaviors of simultaneous denitrification and desulfurization. The highest removal efficiency of NO and SO2 achieves 95.4% and 99.4% respectively.
