| At present,the primary dedusting equipment used in converter steelmaking in China is divided into wet dedusting and dry dedusting,and the use ratio is about 8:1.Wet dedusting equipment is simple to operate,easy to maintain and low cost to construct,but its dedusting effect isn’t good,the dust content of flue gas is between 80-120 mg/m~3;while dry dedusting equipment is difficult to maintain and high cost to construct,but its dedusting effect is good,the dust content is below 20 mg/m~3.Due to the continuous improvement of national environmental emission standards,iron and steel enterprises in China are facing increasingly serious environmental pressure.The existing wet dedusting equipment can no longer meet the latest national environmental protection standards with dust content less than 50 mg/m~3.Therefore,it is imperative to upgrade the wet dedusting equipment.In this paper,a new type of semi-dry dedusting equipment is studied.The evaporative cooling tower in the dry dedusting equipment is introduced into the wet dedusting equipment.The evaporative cooling tower is used for coarse dedusting of flue gas,and the Venturi tube and other wet dedusting equipment are used for dedusting.The flue gas enters the primary evaporative cooling tower through the vaporization cooling flue,calculates the size of the evaporative cooling tower and the water flow rate of the spray gun according to the effect of the complete evaporative cooling of the cooling tower;then the flue gas enters the secondary evaporative cooling tower,constructs three different structure cooling tower models,and carries on the flow field and the temperature field analysis with ANSYS software,finally chooses the most.Reasonable cooling tower structure;then the flue gas enters the Venturi tube,calculates the Venturi tube size according to the flow rate and differential pressure;finally,the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the dehydrator and fan.After retrofitting,the dust content of flue gas is less than 20mg/m~3 and the water saving is 130 m~3/h.The purpose of environmental protection and energy saving is realized.Figure15;Table6;Reference 47... |
