People's awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased,the environmental protection laws and regulations in developed countries have been gradually improved,the production process of volatile organic compounds put forward a strict limit,and the traditional synthetic leather products in its production process,the organic solvent volatile to air,pollution,health,so that to find a new type of green environmental protection.Aqueous polyurethane resin is one kind of green environmental protection type of pollution-free new raw material,it is by using water as dispersing medium and eliminates harmful traditional solvent,not only has not easy combustion,easy explosion,odor,non-toxic,easy to operate and so many advantages,but also high permeability,fog,high abrasion resistance,anti scratch,high resilience,hydrolysis resistance,chemical resistance,excellent performance can be largely replaced the traditional solvent based polyurethane resin,is a new green material.Water based polyurethane resin is an inevitable trend for the future development of polyurethane and synthetic leather industry.The application of waterborne polyurethane resin in synthetic leather was discussed.The application of waterborne polyurethane resin in the synthesis of leather was discussed.The research work of this thesis is as follows:1.the production technology of water based polyurethane resin was studied.The influence of initial drying temperature,coating gap,viscosity and other factors on film forming and film forming properties were studied.The optimum technological conditions were determined;2.the process conditions of the water borne polyurethane resin as the intermediate foaming layer of the dry synthetic leather were studied.The influence of different foaming time and the gap on the film structure and its physical and sanitary properties were analyzed;3.the production process of the adhesive layer of the dry synthetic leather was studied.The effects of different viscosity,different coating gap,different semi dry paste,different bonding pressure and different solid content on the properties of the product were studied;4.according to the actual process of dry machine production and debugging,the main operating control factors of the water based polyurethane resin used in the actual production of synthetic leather dry process are analyzed.
