The PU was chosen TDI,DMPA,TMP,diethylene glycol,three triethylamine as raw material.When the amount of raw material was under the condition of the same,The different amount of polyether polyol(PPG)and different amount of polyester polyol(CMA)was used as the soft segment phase to synthesize the WPU and to characterize the properties of the resin.The results showed that the emulsion of polyester PU resin has a small amount of precipitation and the appearance of the emulsion of polyether PU resin was with high transparency;besides,the performance of polyester PU resin film on the mechanical strength,water resistance,high temperature resistance was better than that of the polyether PU resin.In order to improve the performense of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)resin coating which used on synthetic leather,this article carry out a research that fully mix differente content of ULP(ULP)with WPU to produce mix coating(MC).The test results of thermogravimetric analys,Mechanical properties testing and vapor permeability showed that ULP can change WPU's some performance,like increased initial thermal decomposition temperature(TDT),vapour permeability,tensile strength,decreased tear strength and breaking elongation.On the whole,it's a useful way to improving WPU coating performance by adding ULP.Water borne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric,which was using physical mechanical foaming method and the three section drying process,were prepared from the self-made waterborne polyurethane emulsion,foaming agent,fillers as main raw materials.The properties were studied by mechanical performance analysis,moisture vapour permeability test,SEM scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the water borne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric,whose micropore structure was complete uniform,and surface was smooth,and mechanical properties were good,and moisture vapour permeability was obviously improved,was using APG as foaming agent,15%of the finished leather powder as the filler and three stage heat drying process.
