Because of its excellent performance in respect of optics and electricity, copper nanowires material has huge value in the field of chemistry, microelectronic devices and biosensors, thus causing widespread attention. In this experiment, copper nanowires were successfully synthesized via a method of liquid phase reduction by using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, ethylenediamine (EDA) as structure-directing agent. The impact of various factors on Cu NWs was analyzed by orthogonal experiment. Cu NWs were characterized by SEM, XRD, TEM techniques.The results show that:the Cu NWs are free of oxidation, and have preferred (111) growth direction; The sequence of factors which impact copper nanowires'length and diameter is:hydrazine hydrate-NaOH-EDA-reaction temperature. Considering all the factors, the optimal conditions for synthesize Cu NWs are 4mLEDA,50mLNaOH,10 mLl% hydrazine hydrate,10mL10% hydrazine hydrate,80?,1h. The optimal Cu NWs'length is about 25 ?m, diameter is about 150 nm.Currently, due to the good performance of electrical conductivity, high transmittance, excellent resistance to bending and other excellent properties, silver nanowires flexible transparent conductive films are considered as the best substitute of ITO thin films. In this experiment, silver nanowires flexible transparent conductive films were prepared by the simple knife coating method. The performance of the films were tested by SEM, XRD, ultraviolet-visible spectrometer and four-point probe. The influence of various factors on the performance of the films were analyzed by orthogonal experimental.The results show that the silver nanowires transparent conductive films have preferable bending resistance, and the adhesion of conductive layer and substrate layer is good, the conductive layer has a high body strength; The influence of the blade thickness on the membrane resistance and transmittance is very large, hot-pressing temperature, pressure and hot pressing time also have an impact on membrane resistance, but their influence on the light transmittance of the films is little; The resistance of the optimal films is 22?/?, and its transmittance is 75%; The optimal conditions are 110?, 0.2MPa, 10min,150?m?On the basis of the preparation of silver nanowires transparent conductive films, silver nanowires interdigital electrodes were prepared by the light curing and blade coating methods, and they were hoped to be applied in the field of electric curtain dust removal to replace ITO interdigitated electrodes.The mechanism of electric curtain dust removal had been analyzed. The work has great significance to the development of dust removal with electric curtain technology.
