Silver nanowire(AgNWs) flexible transparent conductive films are promising to replace the indium tin oxide(ITO) conductive films in optoelectronic devices due to its excellent photoelectric and mechanical properties. Although the properties of AgNWs flexible transparent conductive films have been studied a lot, the optical haze, bending characteristics and the relationship of the transmittance and conductivity of flexible conductive films still need to be studied systemly. The AgNWs/PVC/AgNWs transparent conductive films were usually prepared by the dip-coating method. And the AgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET transparent conductive films were prepared by the spraying method. Thus, the influences of dipping speed and lifting speed on the properties of AgNWs/PVC/AgNWs conductive transparent films prepared by dip-coating method were investigated in this paper. And the influences of AgNWs diameter, length,concentration, PEDOT:PSS solution, pressure on morphology and properties of AgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET transparent conductive films prepared by spraying process were discussed.Dipping speed and lifting speed have great influence on the morphology and performance of the AgNWs/PVC/AgNWs transparent conductive films prepared by the dip-coating method. When the dipping speed is 50 mm/min and lifting speed is 100mm/min, the sheet resistance of AgNWs/PVC/AgNWs transparent conductive films is60 ohm /sq, and the transmittance is 84.55 %. Treated by mechanical pressing process,the bending stability of the conductive films has been greatly improved. After 10 Mpa pressing and 10000 times bending, the growth rate of sheet resistance is 17 %.AgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET transparent conductive films, the influence of the AgNWs diameter, length, concentration and PEDOT:PSS solution on the properties of AgNWs/PET transparent conductive films prepared by the spraying process are investigated. It is found that when the AgNWs diameter is 40 nm, length is 30 um and concentration is 0.8 mg/ml, the sheet resistance is 84.6 Ohm /sq, transmittance is88.69 %, the haze is 4 % and surface roughness is 25.5 nm. When the volume ratio of PEDOT:PSS solution versus AgNWs is 0.2, the sheet resistance ofAgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET transparent conductive films is 80.3 Ohm/sq, the transmittance is 87.4 %, the haze is 5.5 % and surface roughness is 14.3 nm. After 4Mpa pressing, the sheet resistance of the AgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET films has been reduced by 50 % with the haze of 4.3 % and the surface roughness of 11.0 nm. After20000 times bending with the bending radiu of 5 mm, the sheet resistance increased by20 %. After 5 cycles of high and low temperature struck, the sheet resistance of AgNWs-PEDOT:PSS/PET transparent conductive films increased by 10 %.
