Becaues the phase materials have extensive applications in the information storage, optical sensing and other aspects, they have attracted increasing attentions in recent years. It is usually that the phase materials often exhibit dielectric and thermal anomalies in the vicinity of the phase transition point. Organic-inorganic hybrid compounds hybrid possessing the advantageous properties of both organic and inorganic compounds can show fascinating structures and excellent properties. In order to search new phase materials, we have designed and synthesized a series of organic-inorganic compounds, and studied their structures and dielectric properties. This thesis consists of 10 crystalline structures:C12H24O6·C6H14N+·FSO3- (1)? C12H24O6·C6H14N+·ClO4-(2)? C12H24O6·CeH14N+·BF4- (3)? C12H24O6·C6H14N+·PF6- (4)? [(C8H14N2)·(C12H24O6)]2+·(C2H8N)+·3ClO4- (5)? C5H8N3+·C8H7O2-(6)? C5H8N3+·C2Cl3O2-(7)? C5H8N3+·C7H5O2-(8)? C5H8N3+·C3H3O2-(9) and C5H8N3+·SbC4- (10). The infrared (IR), powder diffraction (PXRD), crystal structure and the dielectric properties of ten compounds have been measured respectively. Experimental results show that 1 undergoes two sequential structural phase transitions at 157.9 K and 389.1 K, respectively, and exhibits a pronounced temperature-dependent dielectric performance, which could be tuned through three distinctive states induced by the change of temperature.6 experience the phase transition because of the order-disorder transformations of anions. Other compounds in the heating and cooling process not show dielectric anomalies.
