The general oil leakage problem because of poor quality heat exchanger, backward sealing technology, aging pipelines and improper operation in the recirculating cooling water system, these problems commonly found in China's oil refining companies. Plenty of petroleum hydrocarbons can be found in recirculating cooling water due to the oil spill, thus affecting the normal operation of the production. Therefore, it became an urgent affair to develop water water treatment agents which can be applied to recirculating cooling water with diesel leaks. It is conducive to improve the water quality of recirculating cooling water, and can ensure the normal operation of the cooling water system, is an effective way to save freshwater resources and rational use of water resources.This paper focused on the application of biological enzyme in recirculating cooling water with diesel leaks, and biological enzyme were compounded for their different characteristics.In addition, the influence of corrosion and scale inhibition effects were researched in the recirculating cooling water with leaking diesel. Corrosion and scale inhibitors were compounded with the catalytic action of biological enzyme. Finally, the effect of pH,temperature, organic matter, calcium content and residence time were investigated to compound agents. The results showed that:(1) It will directly affect the circulating water quality when the recirculating cooling water systems with diesel leaks. Lower dosage of diesel in recirculating water will accelerate the corrosion of carbon steel, and high dosage of diesel in recirculating water will inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel in the experiment.(2) It had a good corrosion inhibition effect in recirculating water with diesel leak after lysozyme,lipase and laccase were compounded. When the diesel dosage was 80 mg/L, the optimal compound program was 50 mg/L, 10 mg/L and 75 mg/L for lysozyme, lipase and laccase,respectively. When compounded biological enzyme was used, the stable inhibition effect canbe achieved in circulating water of 80 mg/L diesel dosage, the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 92.49%, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel can be controlled within 0.01533 mm/a.(3) When the diesel dosage was 80 mg/L, the optimal compound program was 30 mg/L, 10mg/L and 40 mg/L for ATMP, lysozyme and laccase, respectively. When compounded biological enzyme was used, the stable inhibition effect can be achieved in circulating water of 80 mg/L diesel dosage, the corrosion rate of carbon steel can be controlled within 0.008mm/a, and the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 95%. This formulation water treatment agents had a wide range of pH, it also had a well tolerance on total alkalinity and total hardness, what's more, it still possessed a great efficacy at higher temperatures. In general,the formulation water treatment agent had a great coordination effect, which will be widely used in the future.
