CaTiO3 is the typical perovskite oxide, and has a very good potential applications in electronics, photocatalysis, biological and ceramics, etc. In this study, progressive transformation of the morphology of Ca TiO3 micro-structure is prepared, graphene/Ca TiO3 and graphene quantum dots/Ca TiO3 composites are synthesized, and their photocatalytic properties are also studied.?1? One step hydrothermal method is used to synthesis Ca TiO3 micropowders with different morphologies. The phase structure of the sample is determined by XRD. The morphology of sample is investigated by SEM and TEM. The mechanism of growth is also explored. Through testing of the optical properties and photocatalytic activities of Ca TiO3 micropowders with different morphologies, the relationship between morphology and property of the Ca TiO3 micropowders is discussed.?2? One step hydrothermal method is used to synthesis graphene/calcium titanate composites?CTO/RGO?. XRD is used to determine the phase structure of the composite, SEM and TEM are used to observe the structure and morphology of graphene/Ca TiO3 composites. The FTIR spectra and absorption spectra are measured to prove the combination form of composite materials. 25 W low pressure mercury lamp is used to test the photocatalytic performance of CTO/RGO composite. The study found that the photocatalytic properties of CTO/RGO composites change with the different RGO composite percentage, and the optimum value is 0.5%.?3? In order to improve the utility of light, gaphene quantum dot/calcium titanate composites?CTO/GQDs? are prepared by mechanical stirring, the result of photocatalytic properties testing indicates that CTO/GQDs composites can significantly increase light utility for higher of wavelength.
