In today's society coal is still the main and indispensable resource of our country.Increasing the capacity of coal production has particular significance for the development of the national economy.In order to increase coal production,the carrying capacity of scraper conveyor must be improved.Mine chain as a transmission chain of the scraper conveyor,is the key for the equipment.Therefore,the design and manufacturing of mine chain is the key to improve the capacity of coal production,especially the development of large-size mine chain is imminent.Firstly, the development of domestic and foreign chain bending technology is introduced, and the existing feature of chain bending machine is analyzed.In order to satisfy the requirement of the pitch and length consistency of the large size chain,a chain bending machine control system based on PLC and Electro-hydraulic servo has been designed.In order to improve control accuracy,it uses Electro-hydraulic servo valve to control the parameter of shape and position.Secondly,with researching Electro-hydraulic servo system,parameters of servo valve were optimized to improve the dynamic characteristics of the servo valve by using CPSO in MATLAB.The mathematical model of Electro-hydraulic servo position control system has been established by using Smulink.And the effect about the dynamic and static characteristics and parameters changing on the system is analyzed.In order to satisfy the requirement of Electro-hydraulic position servo system for fast response speed and characteristics of variability,PID control and self-tuning fuzzy PID control simulation are established.By observing the results of simulation,PID control can effectively improve the response speed of system,but the adaptive ability of parameter variation is poor.The result of self-tuning fuzzy PID shows that it increases the response speed of system, and also ensures the sufficient robustness at the same time.Finally, combined with previous research and analysis, the chain bending servo control system is designed and completed. It uses three Electro-hydraulic servo valve to control the left and right shape and primary and secondary position.And the servo amplifier is designed and manufactured. It also use touch-screen to display working state of the system.The touch-screen can add and modify a variety of parameters,and all the parameters of the specification is automatically downloaded to the PLC.All the model specifications can be called directly.This system use PLC to complete automatic bending process.In connect with the pitch and length consistency of the chain,this system also use Electro-hydraulic servo to improve accuracy and stability and productivity.It can tune parameters and positioning accuracy is 0.1mm.
