At present, with the development of CNC control technology and the level of manufacturing, the traditional CNC bending machine can not be satisfied by customers' requirement. In response to this situation, some new methods have been proposed for the CNC bending machine.In order to reduce the barrel-shaped deformation in the process of bending plate, some compensating cylinders are installed on the bottom transom, which can produce flexure deformation to compensate the barrel-shaped deformation. The Compensated force decides the quality of bended plate. So the finite element model is established and analyzed by using of ANSYS at first, simulating the deformation of upper separator and bottom transom and the performance of bottom transom compensating in the process of bending plate. Based on a great deal of obtained data, a tri-level BP Neural Networks is designed to simulate the relation among bending force, load-length and cylinder compensated force. Then, the forecasted cylinder compensated force can be achieved quickly by inputting the processing parameters into the trained BP networks model. The result of forecast indicated that the error can be accepted.At the same time, the bending machine's load systems must have more and quicker response and high precision for improving the quality of products. So we build the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional servo control system. Since nonlinear and time-variable links are existing in electro-hydraulic system, meanwhile for eliminating the steady error and enhancing control precision, PID controller and BP-PID controller are used. According to two controllers, simulation and experiments are practiced. The results of simulation and experiments indicate the BP-PID controller eliminating the difficult of PID control parameters which can not be decided very easy. BP-PID controller improved the performance of control system and satisfied the control system demand.At last, this paper design the structure of CNC bending machine's soft and hardware based on these new technologies initially...
