In this paper, we studied and designed the coating, determined the film forming matter, the kinds of packing and the mixture ratio in high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion coatings. Then the corresponding coating is prepared. On this basis, we developed a suitable coating for the surface of the anticorrosive coating on GH907 alloy. Studies have been carried out aiming at the performance in salt fog environment,hot humid environment and the high temperature environment. In addition, the adhesion strength between coating and GH907 alloy and the organizations on the surface of coating are also studied.During the coating preparation process, part of the filler volume increased due to oxidation, others kept the original size. In this kind of coating, part of the mental powerIn parts of the heating oxidation in the process of coating composition can evaporate, so the volume expansion of nano filler volume density of elements volatilize caused lower will play a bridging role, and then realize the self-healing function of the coating.Preparation of the nanometer self-healing coating with good resistance to salt fog(1000 hours), wet and heat cycle(42, 1008 hours), and mildew resistance. Under the condition of high temperature, full dense coating, no blister, spalling damage happens.The existence of the coating to avoid the serious oxidation GH907 alloy at high temperature, implements the effective protection of GH907 alloy. High temperature resistant anticorrosive coating under the condition of high temperature/hot salt, in addition to the beginning due to high temperature oxidation part of the composition of volatile, reduction in weight in the later in the process of the corrosion test, weight slightly. No diffusion presents between coating and alloy, indicating that the coating has good corrosion resistance to high temperature hot salt.
