In this thesis, metallurgical acid companies mentioned standard exhaust renovation project for the research, development and application of domestic existing various flue gas desulfurization was investigated and analysis,the problem of renewable organic amine desulfurization technology application in metallurgical acid exhaust governance was explored and research. Research results show that:First of all, Through process analysis, determine additional end desulfurization unit was the completely transform solution on metallurgical acid exhaust mentioned standard renovation problem. Through site investigation research and comprehensive comparison, determined the renewable organic amine method has excellent applicability on metallurgical acid exhaust mentioned standard renovation project.Secondly, combining with the research content and the actual, the process of renewable organic amine desulphurization was optimized. Include pretreatment, absorption, desorption, purify,the specific process and control parameters of the four processes was designed. Will solve the problem of subject project,we designed four kinds of operation conditions, and determined the optimum design through economic analysis. After the system was completed, the operation effects of four conditions refer design file was tested respectively, the test results show that the monitoring indicators to achieve even better than the original design requirements,The treated flue gas SO2 can be realized in 14 mg/Nm3 ultra clean emissions.And operating conditions of the system were studied to determine the optimum operating conditions for the control of steam pressure supply 5-6.5 t/h, control amine sulfate ion concentration 1.1-1.3 eq/mol, pH4.8-5.2.Finally, combined the condition of system commissioning,the renewable organic amine desulfurization unit operation was analyzed contrast to the original design file from flue gas condition, investment costs, the main material consumption index, operation cost and economic benefits of five aspects, the main indicators were better than the design value, to achieve the intended purpose. Comprehensive compared the economic and technical indicators with other desulfurization technology the from technique index, economic benefit, environmental benefit and applicability of the four aspects, Once again confirmed the economic benefit and environmental benefit of renewable organic amine desulfurization technology are obvious, and has the best suitability on metallurgical acid exhaust mentioned standard renovation project.
