This article is based on ferromagnetic particles Preparation and Properties magnetorheological fluid, using a quadratic milling method made FesSi powder as ferromagnetic particles. Using XRD analyzing the microstructure of obtained Fe3Si powder,and analysis showed that the resulting structure Fe3Si little deviation and the ideal purity.Fe3Si is used as the iron magnetic particle of this experiment, silicon oil is used as the base fluid, and SiO2 is the additive. Using different ratio of Fe3Si, silicone oil and SiO2 to configure multiple groups of magneto rheological fluid, then using the different viscosity of silicone oil to carry on the contrast test of the silicone oil viscosity of optimal, and choosing the magnetic rheological properties of optimal proportion and silicone oil viscosity of Fe3Si different particle size to distribute experiments.Finally,through the analysis of data obtained the optimal ratio of parameters, from the most ideal proportions of Fe3Si dopped Ni experiments the doping effect is gained.By visual observation from this experiment we can get the settlement data of the magnetorheological fluid, while using magnetic rheometer test the magnetorheological fluid magnetorheological properties of data. Through the data of ultimately determining the parameters of the configuration from the magnetic rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid.Using multi group division cross experiment we study the effect of different proportion of magnetorheological properties. The results show that Fe3Si quality content is 70%, SiO2 content is 4% to the group ratio can draw the magnetic rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid.By using silicone oil with different viscosity we compare the effect of different viscosity silicone oil on magnetorheological fluids. The results show that the viscosity of 350CS silicone oil has the best comprehensive performance.Using different particle sizes of Fe3Si in accordance with the ratio of the parameters to configure the rheological fluid analysis results that when the Fe3Si particle size is divided in 48μm-58μm, the performance of the magnetorheological fluid is optimal. The experimental results of the Fe3Si powder improved by the addition of Ni show that the experimental results show that the addition of Ni can improve the magneto rheological property and the resistance of the magnetic rheological fluid.From the above experiments and performance analysis we known the shear stress of magneto-rheological fluid prepared by Fe3Si meet with magneto-rheological fluid performance requirements under the action of various external magnetic field changes with shear rate, and the sedimentation experiments showed anti-settling of Fe3Si MRF is also substantially meet the relevant requirements.
