At present,the existing evaluation methods of sand carrying capacity of fracturing fluid are relatively single,which cannot reflect the dynamic sand carrying movement in the construction site,and the evaluation results are not comprehensive enough.Sand-carrying fracturing fluid will undergo a series of shear action in the process of pumping into formation.It is not enough to simply study the rheological characteristics of fracturing fluid itself to explain the actual migration of sand-carrying fracturing fluid.Therefore,it is necessary to study the rheological characteristics of fracturing fluid and its supporting agent as a whole,so as to reflect the dynamic sand-carrying situation intuitively and meticulously.The theoretical basis of site construction.Starting from the rheological experiment of sand-bearing fracturing fluid,this paper summarizes the common methods of sand-carrying of fracturing fluid,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,and puts forward a set of sand-bearing rheological method for evaluating dynamic sand-carrying.The rotor of the traditional rheometer is improved to provide sufficient measuring space for sand-carrying fluid and ensure the smooth running of the rheological experiment of sand-bearing fracturing fluid.Based on the understanding of the characteristics of fracturing fluid itself,exploratory rheological experiments were carried out to obtain a series of related experimental data by changing proppant concentration,proppant size and liquid temperature.Based on the analysis and processing of experimental data,a model for calculating the viscosity of sandy fracturing fluid was proposed.The software of dynamic sand-laying law of fracture is compiled by using MATLAB software.The constitutive equation of fracturing fluid with sand presented in this paper is compared with the power model of non-Newtonian fluid.The dynamic growth process of sand dike in fracture is simulated,which provides a basis for determining the fracture conductivity.Based on the study of sand carrying mechanism of fracturing fluid,it is considered that viscoelasticity can reflect the internal structure of fluid and is of great significance to the interpretation of the law of sand carrying.
