In view of the current oilfield reservoir buried shallow, the underlying cementing loose,easy sanding, hydraulic flushing bottom product sand flushing is uncompletely, sand washing liquid purification cycle is long, the scene deoxidization difficulties, serious waste of water resources, labor intensity, working on a device used to separate wash well sand washing fluid.The device is designed to achieve solid-liquid separation, oil-water separation and sand washing liquid recycling purpose. Through the study of oil field sand washing way, put forward the separation purification device working process and function diagram, and draw the overall scheme of separation device. Separation purification device consists of solid liquid separator, the oil-water separator, vibration desilter, cabinets, etc.First of all, according to field blasting speed and flow calculation, design the structure parameter of the solid liquid separator. Through experiments and optimize the structure parameters of solid liquid separator, designed the optimal structure parameters of solid liquid separator. Solid liquid separator will separat mud sand and oil water, separation effect is good.Second, design the oil-water separator and structural parameters of vibrating screen.Oil-water separator and overflow solid liquid separator are linked together, to achieve the separation of oil and water, make water after the separation can be used again to wash well.Through the experiment, the best effect of separation of oil-water separator is designed.Through the analysis of the vibrating screen vibration parameters and structure parameters,design the best sieving effect of linear vibrating screen. Sludge on the surface of the vibrating screen is mainly used to remove sand, sand grain security.Finally, design the auxiliary parts, the assembly equipment, and select the appropriate chassis, place the whole device on the car chassis, migration is convenient, save a lot of manpower material resources. The parameters of the whole plant design satisfies the requirement of road and production performance. Assembled according to the design index,this paper developed the separation purification device, and the field operation.
