Porous open cell polymer material is a kind of microporous composite materials composed of gas and polymer. The complex of solid phase and gas phase of the open cell foam is different from closed cell porous materials. Polymer material and its gas phase are continuous. Because of the continuity of the gas phase, channel can be formed inside the material and allowed fluid pass through. So as to realize the special purpose. Research on PVC closed cell foamed material is deep, but the research on the open cell is shallow. In this paper, the research contents of PVC opening material are as follows.1、Used of differential scanning calorimetry DSC and thermogravimetric analysis TGA, to detected the foaming agents and foaming agents in PVC/NBR blends of decomposition characteristics; The experimental results show that, when AC and assistant with the ratio is 5:1,the peak temperature of blowing agent AC reduced to 183.5℃,foam material properties and pore structure effects is best; The amount of AC reached 5 phr, the opening rate is 12.4%,the amount of H reached 15 phr, the opening rate is 11.6%,foaming agent Na HCO3 with AC and H were used, with 10 phr Na HCO3,the opening rate is 14.1%.2、Study on the impacts of different PVC/NBR ratio and PVC polymerization degree to the compatibility of PVC/NBR blends, and the foam properties or foam structure; The experimental results show that, rubber plastic ratio affected the compatibility, foam cell structure and foam density; Degree of polymerization of PVC also affected the PVC/NBR compatibility, and the foam cell structure; The PVC/NBR blend ratio of 70/30,the P-450/P-440 blend ratio of 95/5, foam material properties and pore structure effects is best.3、To study the effect of the plasticizer,stabilizer, filler, other assistant, time and temperature on the foam structure and foaming density. The experimental results show that, plasticizer dosage is 80 phr, stabilizer dosage is 4 phr, filler dosage is 50 phr, time is 6 minutes, temperature is 180℃.Under this condition, the opening rate is 14.1%, foam material properties and pore structure are best.
