The starting point and the ultimate purpose is to meet the customer requirements and the approaches to improve the service and the earnings level is to a process to improve the quality, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency. The combination study of the three points to pursuit the best benefit for the society and economy is the important features of the industrial engineering management.This study is based on the actual issue that the filter press system of the red mud in Shandong Chalco is not able to satisfy the storage requirements. To the safety of the red mud storage premises, with the purpose of raise the efficiency of the filtering press system, use the industrial engineering theory, experimental design method and quality function development tools to analyze the main influence factors to customer satisfaction degree and take relevant measures to the quality to obtain significant technical index, point out the efficiency improvement protocol and method, design implementation experiment and protocol and also validate the efficiency improvement of the filtering press system.And the detailed content of the study is as follows:(1)Introduce the analysis theory, method and the rationale of the filtering press system for Customer Satisfaction Degree(CSD) and together with the filtering theory;(2)Conduct the analysis of the filtering press system, make a study on the customer satisfaction degree of the filter press system, analyze the influence factors to justify the major and minor cause and then take relevant quality measures;(3)Analyze the relative ratio of the quality measures to determine the degree of the technical index and the possibility to improve the technical index;(4)Point out and implement the solutions and protocol to improve the technical index improvement.To sum up, the analysis, experiment and transformation protocol above actually raise the efficiency of the filtering system to satisfy the storage requirement of the red mud, further more which cut down the cost of the system and increase the benefit level for the whole company.
