With the gradual decrease of water resources,the shortage of global water resources and the aggravation of water pollution make people pay more and more attention to sewage reuse technology.After treatment of sewage,it can be reused into circulating water.It can not only save a lot of fresh water,but also reduce sewage discharge and environmental pollution.At present,sewage reuse technology has become an energy-saving and emission-reducing technology for various industrial units.Key research directions.The designed flow rate of wastewater treated by SBR and other processes in the sewage treatment plant of the natural gas purification plant is about 30 m3/h.It is planned that the treated sewage will be used as supplementary water to enter the secondary circulating water system to reduce the fresh water and realize energy saving and emission reduction.After the treatment of the existing equipment,the water quality indicators have been greatly improved.Most of the indicators have met the control requirements of sewage reuse to circulating water.However,due to the fluctuation of the water quality of the front-end water(maintenance wastewater,etc.),some water quality indicators still do not meet the standards after proper treatment of sewage,and microorganisms need to be further controlled.Therefore,there is a certain risk of sewage entering the circulating water system as supplementary water of circulating water.It needs to be combined with advanced water quality stabilization technology to further solve the problem of sewage recycling.With the problems of corrosion,scaling and biology brought about by circulating water system,the wastewater after deep treatment can meet the long-term operation requirements of production equipment.In this paper,the treatment effect of existing sewage treatment process in natural gas purification plant is studied,advanced treatment process of sewage reuse is formulated,advanced treatment process of oxidation reaction sterilization with multi-media filter and advanced treatment process of ultrafiltration ceramic filter membrane are studied.Through field experiments of two advanced treatment processes,it is proved that both of them can effectively reduce the contents of total phosphorus,total iron,bacteria and suspended substances in wastewater,improve the quality of reused water,make the indexes exceeding the standard of current reuse system meet the requirements of circulating cooling water,and the change of water quality after proper treatment of wastewater entering circulating water will not slow down YS-11.The effect of corrosion and scale inhibition has obvious influence.Through comparison,it can be found that the removal effect of ultrafiltration ceramic membrane technology on sewage turbidity and suspended matter is better than that of reactor and multi-media filtration technology,but both technologies can basically ensure that the effluent turbidity is below 5.00NTU,which can effectively reduce the contribution value of impurities and suspended matter to circulating water after reuse of sewage.The total phosphorus content in effluent can be guaranteed to be less than 0.5 mg/L,which is more stable than reactor and multi-media filtration technology,and the effluent can be discharged or reused quickly and efficiently.
